Synesis' Mission
Synesis' mission is to help senior managers systematically remove organizational barriers to world-class performance.
Research at Stanford University with 164 companies in seventeen countries has shown that a high Organizational IQ, the capability to distill key information, quickly decide what to do, and execute effectively, is strongly correlated with growth, profitability, and the creation of shareholder value. Dr. Johannes Ziegler, CEO of Synesis Inc., was a core member of the research team that developed the Organizational IQ concept. Together with Gregory Slayton, a veteran of multiple Internet success stories, Johannes Ziegler founded Synesis to operationalize the results of the industry study.
By tapping into the results of the Stanford research as well as the experience gained through working with hundreds of managers at world-class companies, Synesis offers its clients invaluable insights into the drivers of performance at their organizations. Based on best practices from leading companies that have gone through similar change management efforts, Synesis helps its clients to quickly develop and implement an effective course of action to fully tap the organization’s potential.
